About Iron Custom – 40+ Years of Iron Work in Los Angeles
Iron Custom isn’t a franchise. It isn’t a company that was started last year by someone who watched a few YouTube videos. We are a family-owned iron fabrication and installation business that has been operating in Los Angeles for over 40 years — and in that time, we’ve built thousands of gates, fences, and custom iron structures across the city and surrounding communities.
We started with a simple idea: build quality ironwork, do it right the first time, and stand behind what we make. That idea hasn’t changed. What has changed is the technology — the gate operators, the intercom systems, the access control — and we’ve kept up with all of it. We can install a traditional ornamental iron fence that looks like it belongs on a historic estate, or a modern automated gate system with video intercom and smartphone control. We do both, and everything in between.
What Makes Us Different
Most companies that install gates and fences don’t make them. They order from a catalog, mark it up, and install it. We’re different — we fabricate in-house. That means we control the quality from start to finish. It also means we can build custom designs that no catalog company can match. If you can draw it, we can build it.
We also don’t use subcontractors. The team that comes to your property is our team — experienced, professional, and accountable. We’ve built our reputation on doing the job right, and we’re not going to risk that by handing your project to someone we don’t know.
